Max Petraglia

Max joined Inyarek Partners as a Vice President of Finance in 2024 with a focus on the financial strategy and operations for the funds, management company, and portfolio reporting. He is responsible for financial reporting, audits, tax planning and budgeting.

Prior to Inyarek, Max was a Controller at B-Flexion Capital and Finance Manager at Summit Partners. He was actively involved in both firm’s finance functions, including fund management and reporting, portfolio company reporting and equity valuation. Max began his career in public accounting at KPMG in their investment management group.

Max holds an MSA from The College of Saint Rose and a BS in Accounting from Ithaca College.

Max lives in the Boston area with his wife and two children.
